In many developing countries, knowing English opens doors to inspiring and practical opportunities in education and commerce. Conversational practice is a big part of learning a language. Tutors and conversational partners are an essential ingredient in acquiring conversational skills. Many disadvantaged children in these countries cannot afford costs of learning English.
